💻 Role Overview
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help build and scale our revenue engine. You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, ensuring our systems, data, and processes are clear, reliable, and scalable for a 200+ person commercial organization. Your mission: make revenue operations run smoothly, efficiently, and predictably.
🔰 Key Responsibilities
Automation & Systems
- Build and maintain automated workflows across CRM, marketing, and CS tools
- Integrate systems like , PostHog, BigQuery, and internal databases
- Reduce manual work through smart automation and better system design
Data & Insights
- Analyze revenue and customer data to support decisions and experiments
- Identify patterns related to lead performance, conversion, churn, and renewals
- Partner with Sales, CS, and Product teams to turn insights into action
Dashboards & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and teams
- Ensure a single source of truth for key KPIs (pipeline, ARR, conversion, churn)
CRM & Process Optimization
- Own and continuously improve our CRM ()
- Improve data quality and workflows across teams and countries
🔎 What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Ops, Growth Ops, or data-driven roles
- Strong SQL skills; Python or TypeScript is a plus
- Experience with CRMs and automation tools (, n8n, Zapier, HubSpot, etc.), data warehouses (BigQuery, PostgreSQL) and analytic tools (Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong analytical and business mindset
- Comfortable working independently and with leadership
- Fluent in English (French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus)
