💻 Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Product Designer to help build and scale a product used by customers across multiple markets.

You will work closely with developers, data scientists, and fellow designers to ship high-quality features faster: with a strong focus on usability, clarity, and real business impact.

As a Product Designer, you’ll take full ownership of key product areas, leading initiatives from early discovery and ideation all the way to production, iteration, and continuous improvement. You will drive projects autonomously from start to finish, with guidance and feedback from leadership.

🔰 Key Responsibilities

• Lead major product features and projects from concept to launch (end-to-end ownership)
• Contribute to shaping the product roadmap, priorities, and specifications
• Define, track and ensure achievement of team OKRs
• Work with a cross-functional team of 4–5 developers + QA
• Participate actively in sprint planning and engineering follow-ups
• Gather requirements, analyze user feedback, and continuously challenge assumptions and the status quo
• Research competitors, analyze our apps and industry trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Solve complex UX problems through user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
• Write clear, structured and actionable product & design specifications for engineers
• Provide ongoing design QA, support implementation, and iterate based on real-world usage
• Help build, co-create and maintain a scalable design system
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Tech Support to address user feedback, bugs, and ad-hoc issues

🔎 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience shipping successful products and features end-to-end
• Strong ability to understand underlying business needs behind user behavior and translate them into clear product solutions
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile environments
• Deep understanding of UX/UI best practices
• Strong attention to detail, including excellent UX writing skills
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and rapid high-fidelity prototyping
• Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Highly organized, autonomous, proactive, and able to drive initiatives independently
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to challenge the status quo
• Fluent written and spoken English required — French, German, Spanish, or Italian are strong pluses

✚ Nice to have

• Hands-on coding experience or ability to prototype with code (including modern AI-assisted tools such as Cursor)
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies
• Experience in both startups and established companies
• Experience leading small product teams or mentoring developers/designers
